Cassie takes on HYROX Worlds THIS WEEKEND 🌎 At Fitstop, we train for more than the workout in front of us. We train to be ready for competition, everyday challenges, and the moments that make us say, “yes, I can.” Here are a few Fitstop movements to help you improve your HYROX stations: Sled Push ➡️ DB Box Step-Ups

So why the push for competition? Because fitness hits different when you have something to train for. That’s why Game Day and Global Games are such a big focus for us this year. They give your training meaning beyond just how you look. It’s about proving to yourself you can do hard things, seeing your progress come to life, and doing it with your partner, your friends, and your community beside you. So yeah, we’re leaning into competition. Because it gives the work somewhere to go.
This is what happens when you train for more than just the workout. Competitions like Turf Games give our members the chance to train with purpose, prove to themselves what they’re capable of, and put their hard work to the test alongside the people who push them every day. Because when we train together, we show up stronger. And when we show up together, we are unstoppable. #unstoppabletogether
After 10 years in the fitness industry, Jaclyn took one Fitstop class and knew she had found something different.
 The programming had purpose. The product made sense. And the energy in the room brought her back to the team training environments that shaped her as an athlete.
 It was strong, supportive, and built around people pushing together.
 Now, as the owner of Fitstop Hermosa Beach, Jaclyn gets to create that experience for others. A place where people can train with intention, build confidence, and stay consistent because they can feel themselves getting stronger.
 For Jaclyn, Fitstop is more than a business. It’s a community she believes in, a standard she’s proud to represent, and a space she’s grateful her daughter Olivia gets to grow up around.
